1. Acceptance of Terms

BlueTick Nexus ("the Service") provides a management dashboard for the WhatsApp Cloud API. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business to this agreement.

2. Compliance with Meta Policies

Our service utilizes the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. You acknowledge that:

  • You must maintain an active Meta Developer App and Business Manager account.
  • You are bound by Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Commerce Policy.
  • Nexus is not responsible if Meta suspends your Phone Number or Business Account due to policy violations.

3. Anti-Spam & Responsible Usage

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for spam. You agree not to:

  • Send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not "opted-in" to receive communications.
  • Use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
  • Transmit adult content, gambling, or prohibited pharmaceutical promotions.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. All payments are processed through secure Indian gateways or manual UPI verification.

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital SaaS products, all sales are final. We recommend trying the Starter plan before upgrading.
  • Billing Cycle: Your plan is active for 30 days from the date of payment/activation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BlueTick Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation arising from your use of the service.

Important: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that receive high "Report/Block" rates from WhatsApp users without prior notice.
